Abbott opened its largest nutrition product manufacturing facility Singapore to meet increasing regional demand for its pediatric nutrition products. The plant is Abbott’s first major capital investment in Asia and its largest nutritional investment ever. Its S$450 million state-of-the art facility, which will enable the company to meet the increased demand for Abbott nutritional, will serve up to 1 million Asian infants and children each year.

Lend Lease was engaged to provide Engineering, Procurement and Construction Management (EPCM) services for the delivery of Abbott’s largest and most technologically advanced pediatric nutritional manufacturing facility to-date on a 16-hectare site in Tuas, Singapore.
