Project | National Museum of Singapore
This colonial building dates as far back as the late 1880s, when it was known as the Raffles Library and Museum. It survived the Second World War, and the museum was later separated from the library. Following independence in 1965, it was renamed National Museum . This historically-rich building was given a complete redevelopment in 2004, and was completed in December 2006.
