SAIGON CENTRE Phase 2 & 3 | 2015

A prominent landmark in the heart of District 1, HoChiMinh City, was first build & completed in 1996. After more than 10 years, KeppelLand began developing Phase 2 & 3 of Saigon Centre to further expand its facility. When completed, Phase 2 will feature approximately 50,000m2 of prime retail area spread over five floors, a 37-storey tower offering 40,000m2 premium Grade A office space and another 200 units of luxury serviced apartments.

For its Phase 2 & 3 development, Monoflo is the trusted brand for the various services of the building. Our distributor, Asiatic Engineering, worked closely with the owner and consultants to secure the supply.

In total…19 sets of Monoflo QUANTUM Horizontal Split Case pumps coupled to 30kW and 45kW electric motors for chilled & condenser

water circulation in the central air-condition system;

8 sets of Monoflo REDLINE fire pumpsets coupled to electric motors from 37kW up to 250kW;

6 sets of Monoflo LINEAR Stainless Steel Multistage pumps were also supplied for jockey and cooling tower make-up applications.
